Why companies call us

Common pain points we fix

What we hear from new clients

  • Revenue has plateaued for two or three consecutive quarters, and internal brainstorming sessions keep recycling the same ideas.
  • Operational costs crept up by 15–20% over the past year without a clear cause.
  • The leadership team disagrees on which market to enter next, and the debate has stalled decision-making for months.
  • A recent restructuring left gaps in middle management and nobody owns key processes any more.

What changes after we step in

  • A prioritised growth roadmap with revenue targets tied to specific initiatives, reviewed monthly.
  • Line-by-line cost analysis that typically surfaces 8–12% in recoverable spend within 60 days.
  • A market-entry framework scored on five criteria so the leadership team can compare options objectively.
  • Clear role charters and accountability maps that close the gaps left by restructuring.

What we do

Consulting services built around your actual needs

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. We only recommend work that connects directly to a measurable outcome you care about.

Growth strategy

We map your current revenue drivers, identify the two or three highest-return opportunities, and build a 90-day sprint plan with weekly milestones. Typical engagement length: 10 weeks.

Financial diagnostics

Our analysts review your P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements against industry benchmarks. You receive a report highlighting exactly where money is leaking and what to do about it.

Organisational design

We restructure reporting lines, define role charters, and create accountability maps so every team member knows what they own. Includes a 30-day transition support period after rollout.

Market entry planning

Considering a new geography or vertical? We score each option on demand size, competitive density, regulatory friction, capital requirement, and time to breakeven, then recommend a sequencing plan.

Operational efficiency

We observe your workflows on-site for one to two weeks, interview front-line staff, and map process bottlenecks. The deliverable is a prioritised improvement register with estimated savings per item.

Change management

New systems, mergers, or leadership transitions create friction. We design communication plans, run stakeholder workshops, and coach managers through the transition so adoption sticks.

How we work

Four stages from first call to measurable impact

Most projects move through these phases in 8 to 14 weeks, depending on scope.

Discovery call

A 45-minute video call where we learn your situation, agree on the core question to answer, and decide if there is a genuine fit.

Diagnostic deep-dive

We collect data, interview key stakeholders, and benchmark your performance. This phase usually takes two to three weeks.

Recommendations workshop

We present findings in a half-day working session with your leadership team. By the end, you have a prioritised action list everyone has agreed to.

Implementation support

We stay involved for 30 to 60 days post-workshop: weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and hands-on help removing blockers.

Senior business consultant at ProBiz Navigators London office

About us

Consultants who have run businesses, not just advised them

Our founding team spent a combined 40 years in operational roles before starting ProBiz Navigators. That background shapes how we work: we focus on what is executable, not what looks impressive in a presentation.

We are based in London and serve clients across the UK, with particular depth in professional services, retail, logistics, and technology. Our team of eight includes former CFOs, operations directors, and a behavioural psychologist who specialises in organisational change.

Fees are project-based and agreed before work begins. There are no hourly billing surprises. If a project will not deliver at least three times our fee in measurable value, we say so upfront and decline the engagement.

Questions we get asked

Frequently asked questions

How much does a typical engagement cost?

Most projects fall between £8,000 and £35,000 depending on scope and duration. We quote a fixed price after the discovery call, and that figure does not change unless you ask us to expand the brief.

Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?

We work with companies from roughly £1m to £80m in annual revenue. Below £1m the economics rarely justify an external consultant; above £80m you likely need a larger firm with sector-specific bench strength.

What happens during the discovery call?

We ask about your business model, current challenges, and what a successful outcome would look like. You ask us whatever you need to feel confident in our approach. The call is free and there is no obligation.

Can you work alongside our existing advisors?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with accountants, solicitors, and in-house strategy teams. Clear role boundaries are set at the start so there is no duplication of effort.

How do you measure results?

Every project has a defined set of KPIs agreed during the recommendations workshop. We track them weekly during the implementation phase and provide a final impact report 60 days after project close.
